The
Curvet has been carefully engineered to provide maximum ease
of erection. A minimum of site preparation, special
connection and erection features, and fast assembly mean you
can begin to use your Curvet quickly. And, your Curvet can
be easily expanded at any time simply by unbolting the
existing endwall, adding new arch sections and replacing the
original endwall.
Grain Curvets
Teamed with a variety of accessories ranging from top
mounted loading hatches, aeration fans and adapters,to
stationary and turbine ventilators, your Curvet can store
grain up to 10' high on side walls and 9' on endwalls
without the need for additional bracing. |

Heavy gauge
galvanized steel arch panels represent the key to the
superior strength of the Behlen Curvet. The 3'-5"
panels bolt together easily and are complimented with
sealant applications to all seam and overlap joints to
ensure a weathertight structure.All panel splices are double
bolted and sealed for maximum strength and durability.
Special metal flashings and rubber gaskets seal endwall
connections to arch panels.

The heavy gauge galvanized
arch panels are securely fastened together using 3/8"
bolts plated to "JS 500" spec. Polyethylene
washers back each bolt, to guarantee a super strong
structure and life long, maintenance-free performance.

is anchored to the foundation using a
revolutionary die-formed footing channel. (The
most practical method available.) This method
offers greater ease of erection and future
expansion, and allows the use of larger wall and
roof panels. It ensures watertight seams and
maintenance-free performance. |
